    Thank you for submitting a bug report, your help improves Live Mesh.  Before submitting your bug report, we encourage you to check out the Top Active Issues.  If you are having the same issue please let us know by validating the bug.

    HOW TO CREATE LIVE MESH LOGS

      PC Users
    1. Click Start.
    2. Select All Programs and look for the Live Mesh folder.
    3. Click Collect Live Mesh Logs.
    4. Your logs will be bundled together in a cab file named: LiveMeshLogs.Cab now located on your desktop. You'll attach this file to your bug report.

     

      Mac Users
    1. Click App Tray Live Mesh icon.
    2. Click Collect Live Mesh Logs.
    3. Your logs will be bundled together in a zip file named: LiveMeshLogs.Cab now located on your desktop. You'll attach this file to your bug report.

     

      Mobile Users
    1. Find the following folder on your Mobile Device: \Application Data\Live Mesh\Data\Log. You'll attach this file to your bug report.


    What to do if you can't generate a Live Mesh Log
    Please note: if you have changed your desktop directory to be in a location other then default, please look in c:\Users\<loginname>\appdata\desktop

    HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR BUG REPORT

    1. Sign in with your Windows Live ID.
    2. Click here to submit your bug.
    3. Enter all information that will help us understand and investigate your issue.
    4. Once completed submit your bug (you'll attach your Mesh Logs after the bug has been submitted)
    5. On the bottom of the next page click on attach files.  (At this time please use Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, or AOL to attach files.)
    6. Attach your Live Mesh Logs to your bug report.
