Auto Collage 2008-unable to download the correct product

  I bougth the Auto Colage 2008 , order MS9094510825, but so far every time I try to download , once completed all I get is the "TRIAL VERSION" . At this time I am getting a little offset  as I see no reason why I can only get the TRIAL VERSION when I brought the software. Defenitively I need your support and assistance. Thanks
