Live Meeting takes a long time to get connected

  I have a OCS Ent. Pool setup in Malaysia with users from Malaysia, Thailand and US. Users in Thailand and US are complaining that the Live Meeting takes too long to get connected. It takes about 40-50 seconds to get connected. Even users in Malaysia also experiencing the same problem which takes about 10-15 seconds to get connected. I have about 500 users in the OCS Pool.

   

  How can i checked what is causing the problem? Is there a logging or performance monitoring tools that i can use to checked on this?
