Have no idea, but some outgoing pstn calls have poor quality. at the same time some others not..
Indeed, all the roles are vmware virtual, but have no idea why some calls are just perfect, but some others are just terrible in terms of quality.

Tried QMS role.. It seems the reports for good calls don't differ from bad ones at least by personal experience(network MOS, jitter, round trip time etc).. Anyone know the best way how to distingish them? Are there any good doc that would describe exact critical values?

p.s. for example some details from QMS report.. is it normal?

    Burst Density 21,17%
    Burst Duration 283ms
    Burst Gap Density 0,40%
    Burst Gap Duration 6291ms

    Thanks,

OCS is not supported in a virtualized world (yet)

OCS Mediation Server cannot be virtualized, needs all processing power for realtime codec translations

Install the OCS Mediation server on a physical box and compare the Audio Quality
