    Hi Jimmy!

Can you detail more your problem? If you are using a domain account, it's a member of PrivUserGroup in the AD? How much bindings exists in the IIS for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM web site? In the deployment tab (E-mail Router) you may check if the name of your organization is the same in the deployment manager. Note that the name is case-sensitive.

    Hi Adriano

Thanks for reply, CRM Services and AppPool are config to use NetworkService account.

There are only 1 Binding in the CRM Site, running  HTTP on port 80

    EmailRouter is configured as Folow

Server Type: SMTP on port 25 (telnet access from CRM Server to Mail Server is Working and Relaying)

Email Server Authent. : Anonymous (with local system account)

Deployment Access: is set in My company  (http://crmservername/Organization) using Local system Accoun.

The issue occurs when i try to test access from the user, queues, and mailbox tab.

    Regards

    Hi Jimmy,

Do you check if the computer account where e-mail router is installed is a member of PrivUserGroup in AD?
