  Hi, I need to send emails to parties via plug-in. So I am using the SendEmailReqeust message 

  I can register plugin using SYSTEM (disabled) user or a specific ADMIN user. but while the email goes out, I would like to use the SYSTEM user's email in the "From" party and not calling user or ADMIN user email?  
  

  Question. I believe  the email be sent by service account (ie from party).  I see some SYSTEM account in the plug-in registration section. Could we possibly use that account to send emails to recipients (CRM users)?

  I can use workflow to create service account. But I still need to create a new user in CRM online first and then run the workflow to make it a service account. Is that correct? If so, will it incur charges?

  Question 2: Does email router be set up for CRM 2011 online in order for the plug-in to send emails using an user or SYSTEM or service account?
