Enterprise Office 2007 genuine activation
I have the Action Pack Enterprise Office 2007 intalled. It has been activated but when I attempt to download the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector, genuine activation fails. I have used the Windows Vista update with no problem. Can you please advise?

Hello George Lewis,
I understand the inconvenience you are currently experiencing surrounding Office activation. Microsoft does not recommend running multiple versions of Office simultaneously, but it is possible to install and use more than one version on a single computer, it appears you have both Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007. Attached is a Knowledge Base (KB) article describing problems you may encounter and offers advice on preventing different versions of Office from conflicting with each other should you require both Office Suite versions: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290576/en-us.

Hello George,
We request all users initially run the Genuine Diagnostics tool to try and identify the issue you may be having.
Download and run the utility at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 , then click the Windows tab, Copy to Clipboard, then paste the report into a New Post on this Forum.
Step 2 is tell us about the COA. Tell us:
1. What edition of Windows XP is it for, Home, Pro, or Media Center?
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering?
3. Or, does it have the computer manufacturer's name in black lettering?
4. DO NOT post the Product Key.
5. Please also provide a short description of the issue you are experiencing.NOTE: The data collected with the Genuine Diagnostics Tool does NOT contain any information that can personally identify you and can be fully reviewed, by you, before being posted.
Thank you,
