Does that mean the problem is with MSE and not activation issues?
Thanks in advance

It's Carey's way of saying that he can't read the report :)
There is no apparent problem with Windows activation status - what were the results when you validated?
You do however have an unactivated installation of Word 2002 - not that that should affect anything.

Brian W,
There’s really nothing wrong with the activation status of Windows. My usual recommendation in this circumstance is to uninstall and reinstall MSE – and to check that any previous anti-virus has been properly removed by running the removal tool from that manufacturer. Also ensure that there are no other resident anti-malware apps running at the install time, possibly using a Clean Boot for the install.
