Virus cleared, many computer problems cleared.

samedi 18 avril 2009 21:31I thought my computer was slowly crashing, DOS no longer worked, everything was slow, some progams disappeared, Windows Media Player could not find my sound card, programs randomly hung up ("program not responding") was very frequent. Then, OneCare found and deleted not one but several copies of Trojan: Win32/Delf.ER. It took over an hour to do all the cleaning, I rebooted, and my programs and systems returned! Now, can someone tell me what happened? I could not find this virus on the internet so I don't know what other trouble it may have caused me. I know I'm going to change a lot of passwords for starters.

When searching for malware information you get better results searching for only the name without the classification. For example search for Win32/Delf.er not Trojan: Win32/Delf.er.
