mardi 11 août 2009 22:25Why is my Windows Live One Center taking over 24 hrs to run Tune Up. It shows it's running but it's been almost 24 hrs & only 7% finished. What's up?

1. you are running OneCare along with other conflicting security software.
2. OneCare has actually stopped working, due to a conflict or it encountered a problem when scanning a file on the PC.
If the problem is due to number 1, you need to remove all other antivirus software from the PC if OneCare is installed. This includes anti-spyware programs that do "real time" protection.
