FREEZES

I checked with that Finally Fast people and they found numerous things wrong, especially in the registry department that needed fixed. I did not pay for their service. Can you check and fix this problem where my computer runs slowly freezes every couple of minutes. I believe there is something running in the background. How do you check this?
