With Project Server 2007, how is this different than just Waiting to be processed?

    ____ qbos,

Brian Smith wrote this blog that gives you a lot of details of the queue states.

    cheers!

Thanks Michael, but Brian Smith's blog still doesn't address the sleeping part.

Every job that we submit lately (saves, check-ins, etc.) are now starting in the Waiting to be processed(Sleeping) state; after a bit they, move to the Waiting to be processed state, and then eventually get to the processing state. Once there, the .mpp save and publish jobs are taking an extremely long time to process for mid-to large .mpps, up to 2 hours, and some never complete--getting hung up at around 95%.

Our SQL Server DBAs index the database weekly, and our Internet connection is very good.

    Any suggestions?
