SyncToy 2.1 completely hopeless ?

  Hi,

  I am using SyncToy 2.1 on W7x64 and I am interested to know whether MS recognise that this piece of SW is completely hopelessly broken ?  Or am I doing something wrong ?  And, FWIW, I don't want to write my own version based on the Sync Framework because I assume, in fact, that it is the SF which is broken rather than ST.

  So is MS going to do anything about this, or have you given up completely ?
