Answered Microsoft accredited Training Center in the UK (complaint)

    Hi 

    I've just been on a .net course with a Microsoft certified training center and I would like to know how to log a complaint.

    Here is a few examples of the problems:-

    If I ask any technical questions the tutor didn’t know the answers!
    The Tutors knowledge of .net was basic and didn't even know how to setup SQL.
    The computers were constantly crashing.

    I can't believe this company (it's running on a shoe string to say the least) is Microsoft accredited as a Microsoft Certified Partner, Partner for Learning Solutions and Trainers 

    How can I log a complaint? And How often are these training centers monitored?

    I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with your training experience--you can send feedback with as much detail as you like to tctips@microsoft.com, and we will gladly follow up if the center is one of our Certified Partners for Learning Solutions.

    We'd also be curious to know which course you were taking, where the center was located, and who the instructor was.

    I hope also that you've given your feedback directly to the training center as well--direct feedback from a customer is something that most companies take very seriously!
