    Hi,

    I was running an advance find and trying to pull the “Division” field for a user’s BU, but it was not available for search.  Can you please advise why and how to make it available in the results grid.

    Hi Anjibabu,

    You can find your field wished in the advanced find but before you have to configure a variable in your attribute. So, you have to open the windows form of "Division" attribute and set the variable "Searchable = Yes". Later, you can try again.

    Hi Maurinio,

    This Division Name filed i can't find to add it to the results grid. I was able to find this to add this in seach criteria.

    Please help me is there a way to add this filed to the results grid.

    Hi AnjiBabu,

    Yes, it seems this field is locked down in CRM 4.0, in CRM 2011 you can definately add this column in your view.

    I can think of two potential work around for CRM 4.0

    1. you can either create report (you can easily do report using reporting wizard) to show this column or

    2. you can create view using Programming and try adding this column as explained in article below.
