Thanks Ashish,

I appreciate your help, but i resolved this issue, actually i got this error because of DNS. CRM Server was unable to connect to Active Directory.

Hi Mohammad,

It is very clear and simple.

First add the user into your active directory(AD) and then add that perticular user into the CRM environment.
It will resolve your issue...
