Customer Portal - No way to verify domain and download txt file

I'm deploying Customer Portal to CRM 2011 Online by following "Customer Portal Deployment Guide_Azure_V2.0.docx", found that there are some changes in live.azure.com which I can't
- verify domain
- enter Return URL
- download txt file to local
any suggestion on this?

We no longer need to verify the domain and download the txt file. All other steps should continue to work as before.
