Upgrading machine means we have to buy a new windows license?

יום שלישי 02 מאי 2006 12:21OK I like to upgrade different components on my computer occassionally, in one of these threads I read that the Windoze XP WGA validation process takes its cue from the hardware profile of my machine, SO, if I decide to upgrade my processor, or, upgrade my mobo, or, upgrade my hard drive or in fact upgrade any of my hardware components I have to buy a new license because the hardware profile has changed?
