Why won't it validate me? I tried everything!

I tried everthing and it still is not validating me. (I am the admin, my active X-Works, The validation tool still won't do it. I reactivated my key. I installed the diag tool. I got my laptop from HP-There should be absolutely no problems.)
You should RETRACT this patch until you fix this major problem. It has taken up many hours of my time! This is what has already made many of my friends and colleagues switch to MAC OS. I want to stay, but I have no more time, am mad, and very frustrated.
I am on many networks that are open and dangerous (Universities, businesses, etc.) to be on without continuous updates.
Please help me!

What is the failure message you're getting?
What is the output of the diag tool? (can you press copy to clipboard and paste in this thread?)
I need more information to be able to help. Or, I suggest contacting HP directly or the store where you purchased the HP laptop for more support - they will be able to help you if they are a genuine reseller.

I already spoke to HP, their tech's have no clue what to do. I spoke to 3 tech's and 2 supervisers. Their best option is for them to send me a new windows disk. Untold hours getting my laptop back up to speed with everything I have on it.

Stop_Wasting_My_Time:
You are not using genuine windows, nor are you using genuine office.
I suggest you purchase a genuine copy of Windows.
Thanks,

I purchased a genuine copy of both! From a reputable company, no less.
Hewlett Packard
Am I now to take HP to court for installing pirated software on my computer? I have a fat chance on getting anything back, and the legal fees would make me broke. Am I to understand that because the company that I purchased it from used a mass copy to install things on my system I am to repurchase another one? I am pretty certain that a company like HP has a large license and is doing things legal.
I feel that I am being screwed for something I purchased. Money that I work very hard to make, and use it to surf the internet, and write my grandmother letters. Maybe a paper for school, not much else. I think that the system you are using to determine which companies and which people are pirating material and software is not effective.
I will call HP back now and make them send me a new OS and Office Suite. Wish me luck! However, I don't have much hope. Their tech's didn't seem to be very aware of this new patch a day ago or how to handle it. Sadly, I will have to reinstall all my programs and other specifics. What a waste.
Maybe I will change to Linux or a Mac. I have had enough of this unnnecessary time waster.
Why can't you just ask for a receipt of purchase and then clear this popup annoyances from companies who are legit, like HP.

Does your Product Key match your COA?
HP sells individual licenses to users purchasing their machines. Windows or Office.
I suggest purchasing a genuine copy of Windows and Office, or referring back to your computer manufacturer. If they are using genuine Windows and Office, they will be able to help you.
Thanks,

I will have to check if it did originally. While trying to figure this mess out I had to change it in regedit to try and reactivate it again. I switched the number to to deactivate it, and then reinserted the one from the genuine sticker on the back. So it should be the same as my sticker as of when I gave you that diagnostic data.
HP is sending me new disks. I hope it's a totally new one and not a restore disk. It should be here in a day or two.
I will not be repurchasing an OS I already purchased. If they (HP) have installed something corrupt then they will be giving me what I need to be back up to speed without having to repurchase anything.
Thanks

Your diagnostics data, assuming the COA on the machine matches the sticker, implies that you are not using genuine Windows nor genuine Office.
If you believe you should be using a Volume License Key (HP sells individual licenses to customers),
1) check this website for how VL works http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/default.mspx#EJG
2) if you are a volume licensing customer they should call their reseller for assistance in getting their real key.
3) If their reseller did not keep a record of their key, or is unable to assist them you should call the phone bank below to check out your agreement information http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/numbers.mspx
4) Otherwise you should contact their source of software. If you think they have been sold counterfeit, then can report that http://www.microsoft.com/piracy/Reporting.mspx
HP does NOT sell volume licenses or use them externally.

Thank you.
I will follow those leads and see how they respond. This should help me clarify some things with them.
