Syncing without Admin access

  We have a client that doesn't give admin access to it's users, but we need to sync a shared folder for our program in the users c: x86 program files.  I'm guessing maybe I can use syncToy when I'm administrator and sync a folder, but then when the user without admin access logs in, will that folder be synced?
