SyncToy does not follow NTFS junctions & hardlinks?

  I set up folder d:\Syncroot with junctions like: d:\Syncroot\Documents -> d:\Documents d:\Syncroot\Work -> d:\Work etc. I want to synchronize these with the same structure on a removable flash drive, but the SyncToy does not see any files to replicate.
