    I have completed a Clait course (OCR Level 1 Diploma for IT Users"new clait" ) ,i have got a desktop computer ,which i spend a lot of time on. i have found it trying at times ,but,have progressed a considerable amount. i seem to have a good knack of finding solutions. 1 ex: getting nokia pc suite to work on bluetooth. anyway back to the point i am very interested in gaining more knowledge to maybe start a career in autocad . any suggestions. main problem is funds.

    I am not sure on Autocad but a training provider may help you. I know you are concerned with funds but doesn't hurt to get info on the subject.

    Use Monster or any other job providing web site and find a job you would like to do.  Read the requirements for that position.  You should be able to find a book on just about any topic.  A few years back, I wanted to get my MCAD to help target myself for better positions.  I used the Microsoft Exam series to prep for my MCAD.  It was a much cheaper alternative to formalized training.  I don't know anything about AutoCad, but if you were to pursue Microsoft Technology, there are several E-Learning courses that are very affordable.  Some even for free.

    Just my .02.  Good luck on your career.

    Not sure this is really the best place to get AutoCAD assistance, mate!

    That being said, if you actually have a legal copy of AutoCAD, you should use Autodesk's own offerings which are free.
