The situation is that we have a deactivated user in CRM who still owns objects, in particular Personal Views that no one else has access to. We would like to try and remove/assign these records.
When we try to do this using the 'reassign' functionality in the user record the system crashes, this also happens when we try to reactivate the user.
This users AD account has been deleted and is probably the reason why we cannot re-enable the CRM user account.
We have also tried creating a new CRM user linked to a new AD user account, then changing this to point to another newly created AD account with the original users details [different GUID], the CRM user record picks up these details but we still cannot
progress any further [probably because the GUID will have changed].
Does anybody know of a work-around/solution to this?
