Unanswered CRM 2011 Outlook Install Problem Configuration Wizard

    I am getting this error when I install crm for outlook 2010.  This is a cloud version of crm 2011 online installed on a rebuilt operating system for this user.  I know that previous installation files existed which I tried to delete.  The program would never install from the wizard.  Here is the log file, however I am not sure about Windows Identity Foundation  . If any one with experience with same issue please feel free to comment.

    Looks like it had a problem installing the Windows Identity Framework. Can you try downloading and installing that separately before attempting the client install?

    Prior to re-installing you should try clearing the temporary files on that machine.
