We are having a problem with one of our clients where we get an error while tracking an email.
Error message :
"An error occurred promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM server could not be contacted or the user has insufficient permissions to perform this action"
The user has the system admin security role , I tried clearing his temporary internet files and that fixed the problem for 1 week or so but the problem has resurfaced, any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated in trying to fix this problem.
