Can not sign up for CRM online internal use rights

  Hi there,

  I'm trying to sign up for the internal use rights for CRM online from https://crm.dynamics.com/en-nz/offers/crm-online-for-partners. But when i click on submit, it always ends up with an error saying "Unexpected error occurred, please try after sometime." Is there another way to activate our internal use benefit for CRM online?  If i try to use the trial version first then I was not able to link the trial version with our pratner ID as well. Can i please get some help regarding this sign up process so that our organisation can start use the CRM online.
