More Addresses is Hidden to Users

My users cannot see the More Addresses on the navigation bar. I don't see a security setting which hides More Addresses, so how can I reveal this entity on the navigation bar? We are used CRM 2011 online.

Hi Maria,
This could be because they are viewing a form that has this link removed, or they don't have read privileges on the customeraddress entity.

Hi Maria
The CRM platform automatically ties all of the Address fields on an Account or a Contact together with 'customeraddress' entries.
Both these Entities ( Account and Contact ) must have permission for the user in question
As such CustomerAddress is not Exposed by CRM for assigning Security Roles and priveleges

Dkay,
My issue is I cannot find a setting in Security Roles to expose the more addresses. My assumption is the setting is under Core Records, but which setting under Core Records is controlling permissions to the additional addresses.
Thanks,
Maria

Scott,
I get that. But, cannot figure out where to change the permissions.

Hi Maria,
As CRM_Developer says, there is no security permission exposed for the customeraddress - so the link must have been removed from the form that the user is viewing. Open the form designer, if you double click in the left hand navigation area, you should see 'Addresses' in the 'Relationship explorer' on the right. Drag this item into the form navigation, save and publish.
hth,
Scott
