CRM mobile page through Android

We are running CRM locally and we are setting up mobile access from our Android phones. I have a Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.0. When I go to the webpage, it asks me to login. Once I log in, everything works great. However, we just rolled out Droid RAZR MAXX's which are on Android 2.3.6 to the entire company. When we go to the mobile page from any of those phones, we don't get prompted for login and it just shows the error HTTP ERROR 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied.
How do we get it to prompt so we can login?

Hi,
Just out of curiosity, from these phones, you guys can access other sites?
Also check the settings of the browser, is there something stopping the login page to come up.
I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

Thanks Ashish. Yes, those phones can access other websites just fine. I can access our printer's configuration page just fine which pops up a window for a username/password.
I just went through the browser settings and turned off "block popups" just to make sure and it still did not fix the problem. No other settings stand out to me as being the issue.
EDIT: I got it to work through an alternative browser. Opera Browser did not work but Firefox did. We can tell our users to use Firefox if we need to but it would be nice to resolve the issue outright without a workaround.
EDIT 2: Firefox unfortunately has issues on the RAZR MAXX which makes it unusable. Any other suggestions?- Szerkesztette: compview 2012. április 30. 21:19
