As the subject states above I keep receiving the message "An error occured loading Microsoft CRM functionality. Try restarting Microsoft Outlook." The client that is installed is the laptop (offline client)
The installation I used was with the V3C update for Outlook 2007 and then used the Update rollup 2 but it still does not resolve my issues. I hope someone out there may have experienced this or possibly have another workaround or solution. Thanks very much for any help you can provide. Thanks!

2008. március 5. 16:21Thank you all for the tips! I'm sorry for the late reply. I ended up speaking with another Microsoft Tech and he was able to resolve the issue.
Apparently, there was an issue with the stored passwords under the user profile. The tech asked me to remove them. He then told me to disable the CRM add-in w/in Outlook and then restart Outook. Once I logged into outlook I re-checked the CRM add-in and restarted again once more.
