I have this case on the client side.
The support team includes five users, and there is two profiles on the outlook, personal and support. The support profile is shared for example when email received to this profile all users have the access and see this email.
What I need is the following:
- Can I install the CRM client for outlook to the two profiles, and use the track on CRM button for the two profiles
- if yes , when the user track email from support profile , what is the user (owner field) appear on Microsoft CRM , because I need to know who is the one track this email.
- can I create a queue and put the support email on it , and every email come to outlook from support email -only otherwise no- , send directly to the CRM, how can I setup this

You can only have CRM Outlook client(Desktop version) installed on the same machine.

I dont think so, I am afraid its not possible.

then can i create a queue that recieve all emails from the second profile(support email) and install the Client CRM in the personal email ??
