CRM Forbidden error

Hi ..
We are doing a performance Testing of our CRM server through a tool called Load runner.But when we start recording and when we open the crm through the CRM 3.0 Outlook client and when we try to access the crm we are getting 'HTTP-Error 403-Frbidden error'.Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi ,
I found the cause.It was because the crm registering date was over.Also the load runner which we were using also got expired.Thanks a lot for your comments
