Reloading Operating System

2009. november 22. 22:57I want to remove and then reload my operating system. How do I do this? My computer has a AVG program on it that I can't get off. I have removed it from the software list but it still pops up and runs. My computer also is running slow and has alot of trash on it. I need it for college and need to get this done before Dec. 2.
