After I wrote my quest for help, I read all of the other peoples comments & I think you guys have a serious problem w/ your latest download. You had better get it fixed, because like the one guy said- Contact your media! They would love a good story like this, kind of like FEMA tripping over their own shoelaces like they did.
You really should take care of this! Thanks, KenTheCook
P.S. Now I'm laughing a little because I know I didn"t screw up my computer!
