I am so totally fuming! My son went to go on his xbox the other day only for a message to appear telling him his console has been banned- Why????
I telephoned support etc.. to ask and they said they could not say as my sons live account is still ok. they told me to go on the forum and report it to which I did and I received the same message as thousands of others on there which is a load of bull!
I want to know what you are going to do to sort this out- my son has not tried to buy or sell an account he has not done any hacking, he has not been rude to anyone and he has totally not broken any rules. No-one appears to be able to tell us the why's or wherefores. My son's xbox is either unbanned or we arrange for you to refund all monies for both accounts in our house as well as compensating for all monies been spent on games etc... over the years. If you are not willing to do any of this please provide me with your details names addresses etc... including contacts in the UK if this is the USA so we can commence legal proceedings.
