Pop-up warning when the installation is genuine
-

I am running Windows XP Home, SP3.
I have installed MSE and the necessary plug-ins for Firefox. I keep getting the warning about 30 days even though this report shows my installation is genuine. Is there more I need to do?

1. Open the motherboard BIOS and set the date and time corrrectly.
2. In Windows XP, set the region, date and time correctly.
3. Visit Genuine Microsoft Software – Diagnostic Site and click on Start Diagnostics, then restart your PC.
4. Please note the installed copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 is non-genuine. Please replace it with genuine Microsoft Office software.

1. The date and time are (and were) correct in the motherboard BIOS and in Windows.
2. The diagnostic site is failing to recognise the two Firefox plug-ins that are already installed.
3. I did not realise that the builder of my PC had installed an unauthorised copy of Office. A legitimate copy is on its way.

2 - use IE or Chrome to access validation and the diagnostics (FF frequently barfs on it)when complete, post a new MGADiag report. What AV are you using? What other security software is installed?
