The License Agreement for Image Composite Editor

  Hi,

  We have a corporate customer that is interested in using ICE (Image Composite Editor) from the Microsoft Research site.  However, whilst reviewing the license agreement, it specifically states for Non-Commercial Use Only.

  Does that mean corporate customers cannot use it and it is for Charity and Public Sector entities?  Or does the Non-Commercial use mean it cannot be used and sold?
