Live mail + question mark

  Well this problem is back in 2010!
  
  Since Monday this week EVERY email I send with Windows Live Mail adds a question mark (as the first character) to every email sent with plain text settings. The question mark is ONLY added AFTER I send. I googled it and see that this problem did occur quite a lot in 2005 and 2006. But that was obviously not with Windows Live Mail. I SUSPECT (not proven) that this problem started when I upgraded to the beta version of MSIE9. However I am unsure. I am about to backout MSIE9 and hope that cures the problem. I am however worried that it wont because one would have expected to see thousands of results in Google about this problem from September 2010, as said this problem has not been around for some time. I suspect it is a similar story this time, that MSIE9 has overwritten some important file or key in the registry.
