    I have one care up and runnning with all updates upto date, and running a Citrix client applications that first scans my laptop to ensure that an antivarus is installed and has the latest updates. The Citrix client uses EPAFactory, and the following error message is being returned.

     

    EPdetect.EPADetect_SCAN.AV Detected := false

     

    Meaning that no anti-virus is installed on my laptop.

     

    How do I resolve this problem ?

      You'll need to contact EPAFactory or your sysadmin as it would appear that OneCare is not on the list of recognized a/v products.
