one care problem

  Had the same problem as the others on July 11. 

  One care unresponsive message, no welcome screen, no access to files.

  Did not have time to do anything as I left for South Africa.

  Upon return tried to restore but unsuccessful.

  Felt I could wipe computer and reinstall programs as I have WD Backup.

  Did not realize that back up was tied to one care and I can not access my back up files apparently with out one care.

  Now I am getting real nervous about next step to take and if I truly have a back up.

  It shows 120 gigs of data so I am hopeful as this contains all my photos for several years. 

  I assume I will have to reinstall one step and hopefully can access backup.
