Locked One Care restore tool fails to restore files on Windows 7

    Trying to restore photos backed up with one care on my old Vista platform - No errors, everything seems to run fine (meaning the Restore tool I downloaded 81.6mb). But when it gets to the end - 0 files restored, 2800 not restored? What do I try? It gives me very limited options and I've tried all of them. Currently running W7 home premium.

        I have not installed and run the restore tool, but does it provide the option to perform a custom restore, from another computer? What steps did you perform to atempt the restore?
