I'm studying the TechNet document : "Track project resource usage by using a dashboard built on Excel Services, PerformancePoint Services, and Project Server" that we can find at:

Everything was working fine until I bumped against the dead end:
To add the KPI to the blank scorecard
- Begin with the scorecard open for editing in Dashboard Designer.
- In the
Details pane, expand KPIs, and then expand PerformancePoint Content.
- Drag the
Planned vs Actual Billable Work KPI to the Drop items here section on the left side of the screen.
- There is no "Drop items here" section. :-(
- The "Planned vs Actual Billable Work" KPI don't want to move :-(
- What can I drag and from where to where ?
Thanks for your help
