    Hi!
    I've recently found a bug. It is found on this forum page (Browse Users):

    http://forums.msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/users/

    You can see the bug when you are not logged in. There is an icon in the upper right corner (a user picture) and a text in the left. The text is "Please sign in". But when I put the mouse cursor over this text, the text is underlined, but the cursor remains the same, as for text editing (the I cursor) instead of the hand cursor (for active links). In this case, I can't activate the link, because it is generally not handled as a link, so, I can't sign in, using the presented link.

    I see the same on Mozilla browser. On IE6 the underline does not appear (but the "link" also does not operate).

    This link should work regardless of what page you are on.
