I am trying to begin the process of reformatting my computer due to virus infestation and it being to late to fix. Also the computer has needed one in a while. My main question is, is there any way of Microsoft to be able to send me a new copy of Pro, I have the key, but my copy is unfortunately in Chicago with my son. Please Help Me.
you might want to give customer service a call and check it out. I don't belong to the operations group. Norm i know is that you have a damaged media, you get customer services to replace that media for a fee.
Alternatively, you can get your son to send that copy to you or ask a friend who has the equivalent to lend you the media to install.
