    Receiver could not domodulate the signal correctly when I changed the txgain of transmitter to 0x3F00, however the system works well when the txgain is set to be 0x1F80 which is the default value. Why would this happen? Is it a matter of some threshold of power detection? Or should I change other parameters as well? Thank you a lot!

    I am not sure I get your question. But set the gain too large would saturate your receiver. You need to keep the received signal in the dynamic range.
