MS Steets & Trips 2010 /2011

  I just bought a Samsung Slate, installed Streets and Trips but could not lunch the program, called Microsoft, they did not help me. They said we won’t help you because you installed a trail version. Went to MS store and looked at it and the said there is some glitch with service pack 1 on Windows 7. Looking to see how long it will take for them to fix it. Unless they have already fixed it and I am not aware of it looks like they are pretty busy with Windows 8
