    folks:
     
    I joined MSDN forum last month.. I had just 10 points which should be 12 now i believe..instead its showing me 216..

    It would be nice if some MSFT professionals could look into this case.. just incase I am being rewarded someone's else hard earned points..

    My points went from about 1300 to 1100 or so between the old and new system. Is this expected?

    1) we haven't migrated all forums from the old system over (and your points here are based on the posts that are here.

    2) There are some differences in the points algorithm between the 2 systems. I would expect everyone's points to be slightly lower here.

    it's come back to normal..i dont know why..! but i am glad..that i am not getting points just like that..! :) MSDN is one place that I believe a lot in!! I cant see injustice here!! :) thanks anyway
