1. A Wiki/FAQ Forum, where you only see the main documents. We would permission 10-20 people to have edit rights to each other's posts (a different authoring access level - perhaps 'Editor' which has fewer rights than "moderator"). There would be no way to add a 'Reply' - people would simply edit the original post.
2. A suggestion box, where we don't want people to be able to comment on each other's suggestions.

I've brought it up internally not too long ago that having some wiki integration or wiki-like behavior would enable some nice scenarios for us. Not sure what it'd all look like, but its on the "what if" radar :)
The suggestion box is interesting as well. The voting infrastructure we built is capable of going beyond "helpful". Thinking out loud, we could enable a Suggestion type with community voting to gauge interest in that suggestion. One downside to locking replies would be if the user wanted to expand on a suggestion, they'd have to reference or duplicate the original.
