Downtime notifications.

2008. június 14. 13:51I really like that you've added the ability to post notifications about downtime.
Couple of things. Since we have to use Live profiles to log into the Forums, it would be nice if the notifications could display when the Forums will be down for maintence in local time. PDT is somewhat meaningless to at least half of North America--they can't convert that time in their head. For the rest of the world, "PDT" is completely meaningless--each country has it's own timezones and "daylight savings" standards (e.g. they're not "daylight savings" in most countries).
The other thing is that the notice is appear on top of everything else (i.e. highest Z-Order). So, it's covering the edit/create post toolbar for me:

2008. június 14. 16:13I've got the same problem with the button bar and the avatar. 800px vertical resolution LCD panel, don't want to lose a browser toolbar.
