    Hi Everybody!

    Does someone of you know the right format tu use with RGS ? I found only information it has to be a wav file, but trying to use one ended with error:

    Failure
    		 Cannot upload this file.
      Upload of the recorded file failed. Unsupported format, must be a .wav file.
      Try another file or Close window
    I suppose the file should meet some requirements like sampling or length but I couldn't find such information.

      Ernest,

      Here are the WAV file format requirements for OCS R2:

      * 8-bit or 16-bit file
      * Linear pulse code modulation (LPCM), A-Law, or mu-Law format
      * Mono or Stereo
      * 4 MB or less in file size

      Also, the official documentation for Exchange UM states the following:
      * Linear PCM (16 bit/sample), 8 kilohertz (kHz)

        This is exactly what I was looking for.

        BTW Sorry for not answering so long, I'm a new user here and I didn't get email alert.
