Blacklisted?

2011. május 17. 9:42Dear Microsoft, I work at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa and my work emails to hotmail, MSN and live addresses are bouncing back. It is such a huge organisation and I suppose to 'trust' all emails from our domain is a big ask, but we are based in a non-profit publsihing project and use email to contact our customers with ordering advice as well as marketing promotions etc. Any chance of un-blacklisting my email address? nrp@ukzn.ac.za and that of my Project Manager keyser@ukzn.ac.za? I would be very grateful indeed! Or any advice on how to reach these email addresses? Many thanks

I'm not sure how your e-mail relates to Windows High Performance Computing - could you please clarify?
